This year, the famous Hungarian "Sziget Fesztival" was different, the war truly made its mark on the atmosphere. Every year the Museum of Ethnography and the Musee national de l'histoire de l'immigartion organise a "Tents without Borders" where NGOs organise events. This year UNHCR, UNICEF and Terredes hommes joined as well, in order to show the presence of Ukrainian refugees in Hungary. Ukrainian volunteers of Migration Aid for example opened conversations with the guests of the music festival. These conversations shed light on the actual personal stories of refugees, that help others understand what it means to flee from one day to the other, leaving behind their lives, their livelihoods and all their belonging.s
