International conference explores concrete cooperation avenues to protect child trafficking victims

May 27-29, 2015, Budapest, Hungary: in the framework of the project "ICARUS" professionals from 12 countries gathered to discuss how child trafficking can be prevented and children better protected in Europe - especially when children cross borders. British, Romanian and Bulgarian professionals were asked to share their experience working across borders on specific cases and find solutions for better and more efficient collaboration.

A short video was produced about the conference, highlighting the challenges of professionals when dealing with transnational child trafficking cases.
