Mario Project | 8 pages
File language:

This paper builds on the analyses undertaken in the framework of the Mario project, and is based on 5 transnational research reports carried out in 2015. It zooms out to put the views of children, family members and front line professionals in a wider European perspective, reflecting on their rights in an area of facilitated movement. Its main aim is to inform the development of policies at national and EU level aiming at better protection of children on the move, who, too often, remain discriminated against at both structural and operational levels, preventing them from effectively accessing protection services on an equal footing with national children
