Q&A

  • Who will use the product that you are planning to build?
The game is designed for children aged 14-18 in Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Italy, Moldova, Romania and the UK.

  • What are the success metrics and what are the risks?
Our goal is to reach out at least 5,000 secondary school children by the end of the project (October 2017) Our communication team is working on an integrated communication strategy in order to reduce the risk of low participation number.
More than 100 children are engaged in development of the game in order to make it as child-friendly as possible. Creating a game about children rights is very challenging, therefore we pay special attention to participant children's opinion and feedback.

  • Who will provide the design and visual items?
Terre des hommes is working with an illustration team on the design and the illustrations of the game.

  • Is there any flowchart available?
We have two types of flowcharts: 1) User stories or structure of the game; 2) Flowchart of the game

  • What are the criterias for the selection process?
Offers will be evaluated based on Tdh’s Comparative Bid Analysis system - where the qualifications (CVs, references, portfolio, capacities) will be weighted a maximum of 40%, quality of the proposed solution will be weighted a maximum of 30% and combined with the financial offer which will be weighted a maximum of 30%.

  • Can we split the tender into two offers: 1) for web development; 2) for mobile development?
No, it is not possible because the mobile and web development tasks are integrated and inseparable.

  • How generation of e-cards need to be developed? Will users be able to upload data from their devices?
By generating the e-card players are not allowed to upload data from their devices. These e-cards are based on players choices of background, character, message.
