Terre des hommes Foundation is member of the Terre des hommes International Federation which is a network of ten national organisations working for the rights of children and to promote equitable development without racial, religious, political, cultural or gender-based discrimination. The Federation has offices in Geneva and in Brussels. TdhIF is coordinating the global campaign 'Destination Unknown' for the better protection of children on the move. It is supported by partners who will join forces to develop protection mechanisms for children on the move, raise awareness and advocate the campaign messages for policy change.

Since 2015 Terre des hommes cooperates with Defence for Children Belgium to implement the project "Procedural Rights of Juveniles Suspected or accused in the EU".
