Apply your expertise to improve child protection: Tdh Innovation Bootcamp in Budapest

From June 1 to 4, Terre des hommes organizes an Innovation Bootcamp in Budapest. The Bootcamp will gather experts from around the world to co-create six innovative ideas that aim to improve the protection of children.

Are you interested to apply your creativity, knowledge, and skills in a meaningful way and to make a lasting impact? Then join us for this exciting experience!

We are looking for experts to help us develop the following two projects:

I. “AdvantAge” – How can we improve age assessment methods in order to respect the rights and dignity of a child?  Therefore, this project aims to train a face recognition software to estimate the age of children.

Do you have…

  • Technical expertise in big data analysis and artificial intelligence;
  • Technical expertise in creating databases, and building a website/ app for data collection;
  • Expertise is user interaction to help design the website/ app;
  • Software expertise to develop the back end of the web platform;
  • Or machine learning expertise?

II. “Living together” -  How can we support children and youth empowerment so that they can raise their voice and be heard? This project aims to create a platform for young people to share their stories and express their views on “living together”.

Do you have…

  • ICT Expertise to help develop a website;
  • Social media dissemination expertise to reach out for youth?
