This programme was developed by Romanian experts Mihaela Sasarman and Andrei Chişcu and contains 20 topics focused on the most frequent behaviors experienced by children, being provided for application during one academic year.

Az eljárási jogok és a gyermekbarát igazságszolgáltatás érvényesülése Magyarországon, büntetőeljárás alá vont külföldi fiatalkorúak esetén
A gyermekek különböző akadályokkal szembesülnek, miközben büntetőeljárás alá vonták őket, és abban érdekeiket szeretnék érvényesíteni és jogaik tiszteletben tartását próbálják elérni. Ilyen nehézség például a cselekvőképességük korlátozottsága vagy hiánya, de a gyermekkorból eredő sajátos védelem igénye is. A nyomozati szakban és később a bíróság előtti eljárás során is sebezhetőségüket tovább fokozza a társadalmi helyzetük, a család hiánya, a kulturális másság, a nyelvi akadályok, stb. és az állampolgárság kérdése - azaz a külföldi állampolgárság vagy a marginalizált kisebbségi csoporthoz tartozás. Ha a gyanúsított vagy vádlott gyermek külföldi, az eljárási garanciák, amelyeket biztosítani kell a külföldi fiatalkorú terheltek számára, valójában további kihívások elé állítják a nemzeti igazságszolgáltatási rendszereket.
