Through FOCUS project, Terre des hommes (Tdh) and its partners build the capacities of professionals to work in a multidisciplinary way on individual assessments of children involved in criminal proceedings. We also empower children to become agents of change and advocate for child-centred justice.

i-Restore: Protecting Child Victims through Restorative Justice
The main objective of i-RESTORE is to promote the use of Restorative Justice (RJ) in cases involving child victims by improving knowledge amongst national stakeholders on child-victim friendly Restorative Justice and empowering children to advocate for better protection of child victims.

How do centralised services impact on children? Child Hub held a Policy Forum to explore challenges and opportunities of decentralisation
On 10-11 May 2016 Child Protection Hub for South East Europe organised a Policy Forum on Impact of Decentralisation on Social Services in Vienna, Austria. The event brought together about 60 policy makers, local authorities, representatives of academia and NGOs from 14 countries.

Albania – Kosovo – FYR of Macedonia: Further steps in strengthening a transnational referral mechanism for Children on the Move
March 31st, 2015 Pristina Kosovo: Child protection professionals and decision makers from Albania, Kosovo and the FYR of Macedonia attended a transnational meeting in the framework of the Mario project with the objective of creating a common understanding on the protection needs of “children on the move” and identifying concrete steps to establish a functional referral mechanism between the three countries.
